At Total Life Counseling Center we are proud to offer specialized and expert mental health counseling services with 15 expert counselors specializing in most mental health issues. We love serving couples, women and men’s issues, defiant children and teens, video game addiction, Adhd, autistic spectrum disorder, anxiety treatment, depression, and trauma survivors. Our team includes relationship experts & trauma specialist like, Dana West, MSW, LCSW, who through her own story has healed and makes it her life work to help other survivors of trauma and sexual abuse heal and find inner peace. Our therapists all have their story as to why we come along side clients on their journey to healing, including our dedicated online therapists. We treat our clients with traditional talk therapy, but also our trauma experts are trained in EMDR Therapy, our Couples Therapists are trained by Gottman Relationship Institute. Additional therapies including art therapy, sand tray therapy, play therapy, depression counseling and alternatives to medication for mental health like diet, vitamins and supplements to help with many mental health concerns.

Clients travel all over Florida, from the Bahamas and Georgia as TLC has worked with patients’ and their prescriber’ to reduce their need for medication. Since 2003 85% of our patients were stabilized with FDA approved supplements and dietary adjustmtents. Patients receive tremendous relief from their symptoms with less medication or in some cases without medication.
