Our Anger Management Classes are live in person with a Masters Level Counselor to answer your questions and present great ways to manage your frustrations and anger more appropriately! Anger is a normal emotion and usually tells us something is wrong and we have to decide the best way to handle it! Our presenters are relational and will make your think, but also laugh at times. Our Anger Management groups are in our Metro West location and the groups are scheduled monthly on Saturdays from 9:00a-5:30pm with 1/2 hour for lunch (on your own) and applicants must register by calling (407) 248-0030.
For 8 hour certificate attendees should arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Call for next available dates.
