Background
Originally from Virginia, she now proudly calls the Sunshine State home after relocating with her husband in 2020. Audrey has been providing behavioral health services for the past 7 years in a variety of treatment settings to include residential, outpatient, inpatient, and crisis work. Audrey is skilled in providing treatment and care to issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and autism spectrum disorder. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, attending Pilates classes, and relaxing at home with her husband and their two cats, Ellie and Remy.

Known for her authentic and practical style of counseling, Audrey is passionate about seeing individuals thrive, find joy, and move past the burdens of past traumas. She strives for her clients to feel empowered to achieve their goals. Employing various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused interventions, she helps foster lasting change in the lives of her clients. Believing in the power of meeting clients where they are, she provides a safe, non-judgmental environment for healing and growth. For client’s seeking to incorporate Biblical principles into their therapeutic journey, Audrey has an extensive history in providing faith-based counseling; however, Audrey values cultural diversity and is committed to providing quality care to individuals regardless of cultural or religious background.
Passion for Children and Teens
With former experience as a behavioral therapist, Audrey strives to see the children she serves to be successful in the classroom, at home, and in forming meaningful friendships with their peers. She aims to help children and adolescents fill their toolbox with the necessary skills to grow socially, behaviorally, and emotionally. Skilled in play therapy, Audrey uses her warm and welcoming personality, keen sense of humor, and playful spirit to connect with her clients quickly. Audrey strives to bring healing, unity, and restoration into family systems and welcomes family participation into her practice.

Audrey earned both her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University.
